🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Anichiba, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds or cancellations are accepted.


Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement, or before they are dispatched (whichever is earlier).

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at anichiba25@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @shop.anicihba.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, broken, or defective product

  • The product was wrongly shipped (wrong item or quantity)

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must send a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the damage/issue clearly visible.

  • The issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery via email or Instagram DM.


🔁 Refund Process & Timeline

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from approval.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will provide store credit or a bank transfer upon confirmation.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Refunds are not applicable without valid video proof.

  • Used, tampered, or modified items are not eligible for refund.

  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
