🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Anichiba, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds or cancellations are accepted.
❌ Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement, or before they are dispatched (whichever is earlier).

To request a cancellation, please email us at anichiba25@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @shop.anicihba.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
✅ Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

You received a damaged, broken, or defective product

The product was wrongly shipped (wrong item or quantity)
To be eligible for a refund:

You must send a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the damage/issue clearly visible.

The issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery via email or Instagram DM.
🔁 Refund Process & Timeline
If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from approval.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will provide store credit or a bank transfer upon confirmation.
⚠️ Important Notes

Refunds are not applicable without valid video proof.

Used, tampered, or modified items are not eligible for refund.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
